Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning the Transfer Limit to the Reserve Account for Bad Debts for Lendings and Other Claims

The provisions of Article 144, paragraph (1), items (i) and (iii) (Transfer Limit to the Reserve Account for Bad Debts for Lendings and Other Claims) of the New Order apply to rehabilitation cases relating to petitions for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings filed on or after the Effective Date under the provisions of the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999), and the provisions then in force continue to govern composition cases relating to petitions for commencement of composition filed before the Effective Date under the provisions of the Composition Act (Act No. 72 of 1922) prior to its abolition under the provisions of Article 2 (Abolition of the Composition Act and the Special Composition Act) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Civil Rehabilitation Act.
