Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the Act on the Securitization of Specified Assets by Special Purpose Companies (September 1, 1998).
この政令は、特定目的会社による特定資産の流動化に関する法律の施行の日（平成十年九月一日）から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning the Application of Penal Provisions
第二条（罰則の適用に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Cabinet Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
