Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning the Scope of Government Subsidy or Its Equivalent

The provisions of Article 89, items (iv) and (viii) (Scope of Government Subsidy or Its Equivalent) of the New Order apply to the grants prescribed in item (iv) of that Article and the subsidies prescribed in item (viii) of that Article that an individual receives on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern such grants and subsidies received before the Effective Date.
