第三条（事業等の譲渡に類似する有価証券の譲渡の範囲に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 28, paragraph (2), item (iii) (Scope of Transfers of Securities Similar to Transfers of Business, etc.) of the New Order apply to transfers of the shares listed in that item made on or after the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern transfers of those shares made before that date.
新令第二十八条第二項第三号（事業等の譲渡に類似する有価証券の譲渡の範囲）の規定は、この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に行なわれる同号に掲げる株式の譲渡について適用し、同日前に行なわれた当該株式の譲渡については、なお従前の例による。
