第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of June 1, 1967; provided, however, that the provisions amending Part I, Chapter II, Section 3 (Nontaxation of Interest Income on Small-Amount Deposits, etc.) of the Order for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act come into effect as of July 1 of that year.
この政令は、昭和四十二年六月一日から施行する。ただし、所得税法施行令第一編第二章第三節（少額預金等の利子所得の非課税）の改正規定は、同年七月一日から施行する。
