If any of the following items apply, the person who committed the violation is subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
where the person performs remote operation of a remotely operated small vehicle in order to have it pass on a road without making the notification under Article 15-3 (Notification of Passage by Remote Operation), paragraph (1), or after making a false notification; or
where the person fails to comply with an instruction of the public safety commission under Article 15-6 (Instructions to Users of Remotely Operated Small Vehicles).
