If any of the following items apply, the person who committed the violation is subject to a fine of not more than 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
where the person fails to report or submit materials, or falsely reports or submits false materials, as under Article 15-5 (Reports and Inspections), paragraph (1), or refuses, obstructs, or avoids an inspection under that paragraph, or fails to make a statement in response to a question or makes a false statement;
where the person, without making the notification under Article 75-16 (Changes to Permitted Matters), paragraph (3), or after making a false notification, makes a change prescribed in the proviso to paragraph (1) of that Article, or fails to make the notification under paragraph (4) of that Article or makes a false notification; or
where the person fails to report or submit materials, or falsely reports or submits false materials, as under Article 75-25 (Reports, Inspections, and Other Measures), paragraph (1), or refuses, obstructs, or avoids an inspection under that paragraph, or fails to make a statement in response to a question or makes a false statement.
