The National Public Safety Commission may revoke the designation of ITARDA if it violates this Chapter or an order under paragraph (2) of Article 108-17, Article 108-19 or the preceding Article.
国家公安委員会は、分析センターがこの章の規定に違反したとき、又は第百八条の十七第二項、第百八条の十九若しくは前条の規定による命令に違反したときは、その指定を取り消すことができる。
