附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2008; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、平成二十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 apply from April 1, 2007.
第二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令の規定は、平成十九年四月一日から適用する。
