Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision amending Article 12 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act and the provision adding four articles after Article 14 of that Order in Article 1, and the provision adding four articles to the main provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act in Article 3, come into effect on April 1, 1995.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法施行令第十二条の改正規定及び同令第十四条の次に四条を加える改正規定並びに第三条中厚生年金保険法施行令本則に四条を加える改正規定は、平成七年四月一日から施行する。
The provisions set forth in the following items apply from the dates specified respectively in those items:
