附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 3, Article 7 and Article 10, and the provisions of Article 4, Article 6, Article 8, Article 11, Article 13, Article 15 and Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第三条、第七条及び第十条の規定並びに附則第四条、第六条、第八条、第十一条、第十三条、第十五条及び第十六条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Article 6, and the provisions of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provision revising the row for the Public Assistance Act (Act No. 144 of 1950) in Appended Table 1 of the Local Autonomy Act (Act No. 67 of 1947)) and Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 2020.
第六条の規定並びに附則第七条（地方自治法（昭和二十二年法律第六十七号）別表第一生活保護法（昭和二十五年法律第百四十四号）の項の改正規定に限る。）及び第十四条の規定 令和二年十月一日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Delegation to Cabinet Order
第六条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から前条までに規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
