Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect on the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第六条の規定及び附則第三項の規定 令和八年四月一日
The provisions of Article 54-2, paragraphs (3), (4) and (7) and Appended Table 2 of the Public Assistance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 6 also apply to a long-term care provider listed in the first column of that table that is actually designated under Article 54-2, paragraph (1) of the Public Assistance Act at the time the provisions of Article 6 come into effect (including one deemed to have been so designated under the main clause of paragraph (2) of that Article, and one deemed to have been designated under Article 54-2, paragraph (1) of the Public Assistance Act as amended by Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Public Assistance Act (Act No. 104 of 2013) pursuant to Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act).
第六条の規定による改正後の生活保護法第五十四条の二第三項、第四項及び第七項並びに別表第二の規定は、同表の第一欄に掲げる介護機関であって、第六条の規定の施行の際現に生活保護法第五十四条の二第一項の指定を受けているもの（同条第二項本文の規定により同条第一項の指定を受けたものとみなされたもの及び生活保護法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十五年法律第百四号）附則第六条第一項の規定により同法第一条の規定による改正後の生活保護法第五十四条の二第一項の指定を受けたものとみなされたものを含む。）についても適用する。
