Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2024; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、令和六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 3, the provisions of Article 6, the provision amending Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Mental Health and Welfare Act in Article 8, the provisions of Article 10, the provisions of Article 13 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in item (ii)), the provisions of Article 14 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in that item), and the provision amending Article 2 of the Psychiatric Social Workers Act in Article 15 (limited to the part replacing "Article 5, paragraph (18)" with "Article 5, paragraph (19)"), and the provisions of Articles 6, 27, 28, 31 through 34, 38, 41 and 42 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three years from the date of promulgation
第三条の規定、第六条の規定、第八条中精神保健福祉法第四条第一項の改正規定、第十条の規定、第十三条の規定（第二号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）、第十四条の規定（同号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）及び第十五条中精神保健福祉士法第二条の改正規定（「第五条第十八項」を「第五条第十九項」に改める部分に限る。）並びに附則第六条、第二十七条、第二十八条、第三十一条から第三十四条まで、第三十八条、第四十一条及び第四十二条の規定 公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
