附 則
This Act comes into effect on September 1, 1953.
この法律は、昭和二十八年九月一日から施行する。
At the time this Act comes into effect, organs or personnel positioned under the provisions of the laws and regulations prior to amendment are deemed to have been positioned based on the corresponding provisions after amendment, respectively.
この法律施行の際、従前の法令の規定により置かれている機関又は職員は、それぞれ改正後の相当規定に基いて置かれたものとみなす。
