附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2013; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成二十五年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 10 and 28 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
附則第十条及び第二十八条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Articles 2, 4, 6 and 8, and Articles 5 through 8, Articles 12 through 16 and Articles 18 through 26 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2014.
第二条、第四条、第六条及び第八条並びに附則第五条から第八条まで、第十二条から第十六条まで及び第十八条から第二十六条までの規定 平成二十六年四月一日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 4 through the preceding Article, Article 16 and Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第四条から前条まで、第十六条及び第二十五条に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
