第七条
The designation under Article 6-15, paragraph (1) of the item (v) New Medical Care Act and the procedures and other acts necessary in relation thereto may be carried out before the item (v) Effective Date as well, in accordance with the provisions of that paragraph and Articles 6-18 and 6-19, paragraph (1) of the item (v) New Medical Care Act.
第五号新医療法第六条の十五第一項の規定による指定及びこれに関し必要な手続その他の行為は、第五号施行日前においても、同項並びに第五号新医療法第六条の十八及び第六条の十九第一項の規定の例により行うことができる。
