第六条
The provisions of Articles 6-10 and 6-11 of the item (v) New Medical Care Act apply to a death or stillbirth that occurs on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions (referred to as the "item (v) Effective Date" in the following Article and Article 28 of the Supplementary Provisions).
第五号新医療法第六条の十及び第六条の十一の規定は、附則第一条第五号に掲げる規定の施行の日（次条及び附則第二十八条において「第五号施行日」という。）以後の死亡又は死産について適用する。
