Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Measures Necessary for Public Health
第五条（公衆衛生上必要な措置に関する経過措置）
For one year counting from the Effective Date, the measures necessary for public health prescribed in Article 50-2, paragraph (2) of the New Food Sanitation Act (on or after the item (iii) Effective Date, Article 51, paragraph (2) of the item (iii) New Food Sanitation Act) are to follow the standards established pursuant to Article 50, paragraph (2) of the Former Food Sanitation Act.
新食品衛生法第五十条の二第二項（第三号施行日以後にあっては、第三号新食品衛生法第五十一条第二項）に規定する公衆衛生上必要な措置については、施行日から起算して一年間は、旧食品衛生法第五十条第二項の規定により定められた基準によることとする。
