附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 5 come into effect as of the day on which one month has elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。但し、第五条の改正規定は、公布の日から起算して一箇月を経過した日から施行する。
