Supplementary Provisions

①This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.

②Approval granted with respect to food before this Act comes into effect under the provisions of Article 13 (Approval of Labeling as Suitable for Special Use) of the Food Sanitation Act before amendment is deemed to be approval granted under the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (1) (Approval of Labeling of Special Nutritional Food), and labeling made on the basis of approval under the provisions of Article 13 of the Food Sanitation Act before amendment is deemed to be labeling under the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (4) (Matters to Be Labeled on Special Nutritional Food).
