第五条（食品衛生管理者の養成施設等の登録に関する経過措置）
A training facility or training session that, at the time of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions, has been designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-17, paragraph (6), item (iii) or (iv) of the Former Food Sanitation Act is deemed to be a training facility or training session that has obtained a registration from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of Article 48, paragraph (6), item (iii) or (iv) of the New Food Sanitation Act.
附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に旧食品衛生法第十九条の十七第六項第三号又は第四号の規定により厚生労働大臣の指定を受けている養成施設又は講習会は、新食品衛生法第四十八条第六項第三号又は第四号の規定により厚生労働大臣の登録を受けた養成施設又は講習会とみなす。
