Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has obtained approval of business under the provisions of an order based on the Act on Control of Foods and Drinks and Other Articles prior to its repeal under the provisions of the preceding Article and is actually operating that business is deemed, in the case where that business is a business requiring approval under the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (1), to be a person who has obtained approval under the provisions of that paragraph.
The provisions of Article 52, paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the approval under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
第五十二条第三項の規定は、前項の規定による許可について準用する。

Collecting, producing, importing, processing, cooking, storing, transporting or selling food or additives, or making, importing or selling apparatus or containers and packages, as a trade; collecting food in farming and fisheries is not included.
