第十一条（外国人との婚姻による氏変更に関する経過措置）

この法律の施行前に日本国民でない者と婚姻をした者が新戸籍法第百七条第二項の規定により施行日に氏の変更の届出をすることができる場合においては、その届出の期間は、施行日から六月とする。
