第二条
In these Supplementary Provisions, "New Act" means the Family Register Act as amended by this Act; "Old Act" means the Family Register Act previously in force; "New Civil Code" means the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code that comes into effect on the same day as this Act; "Old Civil Code" means the Civil Code previously in force; and "Emergency Measures Act" means Act No. 74 of 1947.
この附則で、新法とは、この法律による改正後の戸籍法をいい、旧法とは、従前の戸籍法をいい、新民法とは、この法律と同日に施行される民法の一部を改正する法律をいい、旧民法とは、従前の民法をいい、応急措置法とは、昭和二十二年法律第七十四号をいう。
