第二十条の三（法第十二条の二の労働者の安全又は衛生を確保するための措置）
Article 20-3Measures for Ensuring Workers' Safety or Health under Article 12-2 of the Act
The measures for ensuring workers' safety or health under Article 12-2 of the Act that are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare are as follows:
法第十二条の二の労働者の安全又は衛生を確保するための措置で厚生労働省令で定めるものは、次のとおりとする。
Measures for maintaining and promoting workers' health that an employer takes in accordance with the guidelines under Article 70-2, paragraph (1) of the Industrial Safety and Health Act (Act No. 57 of 1972) and that are specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare;
労働安全衛生法（昭和四十七年法律第五十七号）第七十条の二第一項の指針に従い事業主が講ずる労働者の健康の保持増進のための措置であつて厚生労働大臣が定めるもの
Measures that an employer takes in accordance with the plan prescribed in Article 61-3, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 32 of 1972) that has been certified under the provisions of that paragraph;
労働安全衛生規則（昭和四十七年労働省令第三十二号）第六十一条の三第一項の規定による認定を受けた同項に規定する計画に従い事業主が講ずる措置
Measures for ensuring workers' safety or health, other than those listed in the preceding two items, that are specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
前二号に掲げるもののほか、労働者の安全又は衛生を確保するための措置として厚生労働大臣が定めるもの
