出入国管理及び難民認定法及び出入国管理及び難民認定法第二条第五号ロの旅券を所持する外国人の上陸申請の特例に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（令和八年法律第三十二号）による改正後の条文です。変わる言葉に印をつけています。

次に掲げる許可に係る手数料の納付については、第一条の規定（附則第一条第二号に掲げる改正規定に限る。）による改正後の入管法第六十七条第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of fees pertaining to the following permits, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 67, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions), the provisions then in force continue to govern:
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下この条において「第二号施行日」という。）前にされた入管法第二十条第二項の規定による申請に対する在留資格の変更の許可
permission for a change of status of residence in response to an application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act before the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "item (ii) Effective Date" in this Article);
第二号施行日前にされた入管法第二十一条第二項の規定による申請に対する在留期間の更新の許可
permission for extension of the period of stay in response to an application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 21, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act before the item (ii) Effective Date;
第二号施行日前にされた入管法第二十二条第一項の規定による申請に対する永住許可
permission for permanent residence in response to an application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act before the item (ii) Effective Date;
第二号施行日前にされた入管法第二十六条第一項の申請に対する再入国（数次再入国を含む。以下この号において同じ。）の許可及び同条第五項の申請に対する再入国の許可の有効期間の延長の許可
re-entry permission (re-entry includes multiple re-entry; the same applies in this item) in response to an application set forth in Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act filed before the item (ii) Effective Date, and permission for extension of the validity period of re-entry permission in response to an application set forth in paragraph (5) of the same Article filed before the item (ii) Effective Date.
