普通第二種免許
A class 2 standard motor vehicle license (普通自動車第二種免許), one of the kinds of class 2 license (第二種免許) that Article 84, paragraph (4) sets out; the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 90 of 2004 and Act No. 40 of 2015 use the term for that license as each of those Acts left Article 84, when deeming licenses held under the earlier wording to be licenses of the new kinds.
The provisional mid-sized motor vehicle license (中型自動車仮免許) of Article 84, paragraph (5) of the Road Traffic Act as it stood before Act No. 40 of 2015 amended it, which Article 2, paragraph (1) of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) deems to be a provisional mid-sized motor vehicle license (中型仮免許) under the new wording.

In Articles 3 and 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 24 of 2012, the certification (認定) for child allowance (児童手当) under Article 7(1) or (2) of the Child Allowance Act as amended by Article 1 of that Act, which Article 3 deems certain people already certified for Children's Allowance (子ども手当) under the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Payment of Children's Allowance, etc. in Fiscal 2011 to hold from the date Act No. 24 of 2012 comes into effect.
In Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2001, the automobile accident countermeasures account (自動車事故対策勘定) of the new special account (新特別会計) — the special account for the government's automobile accident compensation program (自動車損害賠償保障事業特別会計), to which part of the assets of the former insurance account (旧保険勘定) passed when that Act came into effect.
