平成二十二年一月改正規定（へいせいにじゅうにねんいちがつかいせいきてい）

The provisions of Ministry of Justice Order No. 49 of 2009 named in the proviso to Article 1 of its supplementary provisions (附則) — among them its amendments to the Dependent row of Appended Table II and to several forms — which came into effect on 1 January 2010.

平成二十二年一月改正前規則（へいせいにじゅうにねんいちがつかいせいまえきそく）

This Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as it stood before the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order No. 49 of 2009 that came into effect on 1 January 2010 amended it.

納付猶予要件該当被保険者等（のうふゆうよようけんがいとうひほけんしゃとう）

A category 1 insured person (第一号被保険者) or former one who meets a ground in the special premium exemption rules of Article 19, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 104 of 2004 or Article 14, paragraph (1) of those of Act No. 64 of 2014, of a kind a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) specifies.

無記名証券投資信託の受益証券（むきめいしょうけんとうししんたくのじゅえきしょうけん）

In Article 3, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Finance Order No. 19 of 1996, the bearer beneficiary certificates of a securities investment trust, referred to in Article 5, paragraph (6) of the supplementary provisions of the Cabinet Order (政令) that Ministry of Finance Order calls 改正令 (the Amending Order), on which the distribution of profits referred to there arises.

In Article 24 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 25 of 1984, an application, notification or other act. That Article treats such an act made, before that Act came into effect, to a Director of a District Maritime Bureau (海運局長), the Director of the Maritime Supervision Department (海運監理部長), the head of a branch or other local office of either (支局長等) or a Director of a District Land Transport Bureau (陸運局長) as made, as a Cabinet Order (政令) provides — or, for one made to such a branch or local office head, an Order of the Ministry of Transport (運輸省令) — to the corresponding Director of a District Transport Bureau (地方運輸局長), Director of the Maritime Supervision Department or maritime branch office head (海運支局長等) under the Acts and orders as that Act amended them.

決済日（けっさいび）

In Article 58, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Finance Order No. 53 of 2014, the date by which a person who makes a cash settlement of a futures transaction (先物取引の差金等決済) under an application made before that Order came into effect must give notice of his or her individual or corporate number: the first day after the lapse date (経過日) on which he or she makes such a settlement, or, for a person who has neither number on that day, the last day of the month after the month of the number notification date (番号通知日).

施行日（しこうび）

The date this Ministerial Order (Ministry of Justice Order No. 44 of 2011) itself comes into effect.

旧規則（きゅうきそく）

The Regulation for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan as it stood, as Ministry of Justice Order No. 27 of 1991, before Ministry of Justice Order No. 44 of 2011 amended it.

処分等（しょぶんとう）

In Article 23 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 25 of 1984, a permission, approval or other disposition (処分), or a contract or other act. That Article treats such an act that, before that Act came into effect, a Director of a District Maritime Bureau (海運局長), the Director of the Maritime Supervision Department (海運監理部長), the head of a branch or other local office of either (支局長等) or a Director of a District Land Transport Bureau (陸運局長) did under an Act (法律) or an order made under one as done, as a Cabinet Order (政令) provides — or, for an act of such a branch or local office head, an Order of the Ministry of Transport (運輸省令) — by the corresponding Director of a District Transport Bureau (地方運輸局長), Director of the Maritime Supervision Department or head of a maritime branch or other local office (海運支局長等) under the Acts and orders as that Act amended them.

超過数（ちょうかすう）

In Article 4, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則), the number by which a qualifying employer's (対象事業主) qualifying disabled workers, counted on the first day of each month of the fiscal year and totalled, exceed the greater of the number a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) sets and the total its workforce calls for at the rate above the base employment rate (基準雇用率) that such an Order sets; the monetary incentive (報奨金) is calculated from it.

対象医師（たいしょういし）

In Article 110 of the supplementary provisions (附則), a doctor working at a hospital or clinic whose scheduled working hours over a year meet requirements a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) sets, other than a specified target physician (特定対象医師), for whom the administrator (管理者) must try to secure a continuous rest period within a set time after the start of work.

特定労働者（とくていろうどうしゃ）

A worker raising a child or caring for family, as ministerially specified, whose overtime may be kept shorter on request.

対象事業主（たいしょうじぎょうぬし）

In Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則), an employer regularly employing 100 or fewer workers, other than a special public corporation (特殊法人), whose qualifying disabled workers, counted on the first day of each month of the fiscal year and totalled, exceed the greater of the number a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) sets and the total its workforce calls for at a rate above the base employment rate (基準雇用率) that such an Order sets; it receives the monetary incentive (報奨金).
