法律第百八十二号（ほうりつだいひゃくはちじゅうにごう）

The 1961 Act partially amending related laws to create the aggregated pension system (通算年金制度) (Act No. 182 of 1961), as named in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 82 of 1980 and Act No. 34 of 1985.

第五号新地方税法（だいごごうしんちほうぜいほう）

The Local Tax Act as amended by the provisions listed in Article 1, item 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 47 of 2015.

特定第二号被保険者（とくていだいにごうひほけんしゃ）

In Article 12 and the later articles of the supplementary provisions (附則), a secondary insured person (第二号被保険者) who is insured under the Health Insurance Act or belongs to one of the other employee health insurance or mutual aid schemes Article 12, paragraph (8) lists, and whose standard monthly remuneration (標準報酬月額, or its counterpart) plus the fiscal year's standard bonus amounts (標準賞与額, or their counterpart) divided by the months of enrollment comes to less than 101,000 yen, or a dependant of such a person; they count at a ratio a Cabinet Order (政令) sets for each year in the adjusted prospective number of secondary insured persons used to work out levies (納付金).

第二号新健康保険法（だいにごうしんけんこうほけんほう）

In Articles 24 and 25 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 52 of 2017, the Health Insurance Act as amended by Article 5 of that Act, counting only the amendments listed in Article 1, item (ii) of those supplementary provisions, which came into effect on 1 July 2017.

昭和五十五年法律第五号（しょうわごじゅうごねんほうりつだいごごう）

Short name, in Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 11 of 1978, for the Act Partially Amending the Act on Promotion of Merger of Agricultural Cooperatives (Act No. 5 of 1980).

昭和六十一年法律第十号（しょうわろくじゅういちねんほうりつだいじゅうごう）

Short name, in Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 11 of 1978, for Act No. 10 of 1986, the 1986 Act partially amending the Act on Promotion of Merger of Agricultural Cooperatives.

昭和六十三年法律第十五号（しょうわろくじゅうさんねんほうりつだいじゅうごごう）

Short name, in Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 11 of 1978, for Act No. 15 of 1988, the 1988 Act partially amending the law on assistance for mergers of fishery cooperatives (漁業協同組合合併助成法).

第二号新特定商取引法（だいにごうしんとくていしょうとりひきほう）

This Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 74 of 2008.

新登録番号（しんとうろくばんごう）

In Article 45 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 15 of 2016, the registration number under Article 57-2, paragraph (4) of the Consumption Tax Act as amended by that Act that the tax office enters in the register of qualified invoice issuers (適格請求書発行事業者登録簿) for a registered foreign business operator (登録国外事業者) treated as registered on 1 October 2023.

第三号施行日（だいさんごうしこうび）

The date the amendments listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code, etc. (Act No. 24 of 2021) come into effect: a date a Cabinet Order (政令) sets, within five years of the day that Act was promulgated (公布), 28 April 2021.

第四号施行日（だいよんごうしこうび）

In Article 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 26 of 2019, 1 April 2021, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of those supplementary provisions, among them Article 10 of that Act, which amends this Act, come into effect.

第二号施行日（だいにごうしこうび）

The date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 16 of 2019 come into effect — among them its addition of Articles 15-2 to 15-4 of this Act — which is the day after 20 days have passed, counting from the day of that Act's promulgation (公布, its official publication).

第五号施行日（だいごごうしこうび）

1 April 2022, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (v) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 49 of 2021 came into effect.

第二号施行日（だいにごうしこうび）

The date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the supplementary provisions of the amending law in question came into force.

旧番号利用法（きゅうばんごうりようほう）

In Article 6(1) and (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 16 of 2019, the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 27 of 2013) as it stood before Article 4 of Act No. 16 of 2019 amended it.

第二号施行日（だいにごうしこうび）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 50 of 2020, the day the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of those supplementary provisions, among them Article 14 of that Act amending the Payment Services Act, came into effect: a day set by Cabinet Order (政令) within one year of the Act's promulgation.

第二号施行日（だいにごうしこうび）

In Article 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 86 of 2012, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of those supplementary provisions come into effect, a date a Cabinet Order (政令) sets within one year of the Act's promulgation.

第四号施行日（だいよんごうしこうび）

1 January 2018, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 14 of 2017 come into effect.

法律第九十二号（ほうりつだいきゅうじゅうにごう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of later amending Acts from 1975 to 1985, the 1973 Act partially amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and other Acts (Act No. 92 of 1973).

法律第八十六号（ほうりつだいはちじゅうろくごう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of later amending Acts from 1973 to 1980, the 1969 Act partially amending the National Pension Act (Act No. 86 of 1969).
