In applying the provisions of this Act (excluding Chapter IV, Section 2) to specified automated operation by a specified automated operation provider, the phrases set forth in the middle column of the following table in the provisions set forth in the left-hand column of that table are deemed to be replaced with the phrases set forth in the right-hand column of that table respectively, and other necessary technical replacements are specified by Cabinet Order.
