Article 68Prohibition against Acting in Concert with Another Person in a Dangerous or Annoying Manner
第六十八条（共同危険行為等の禁止）
When the drivers and riders of any combination of at least one motor vehicle and at least one motorized bicycle are traveling down a road two or more in a row or abreast of each other, they must not act in concert in a way that gives rise to a serious road traffic hazard or causes a serious nuisance to others.
