    The amount of the lump-sum withdrawal payment is the amount obtained by multiplying the amount obtained by multiplying the amount of the premium in the fiscal year that includes the reference month (meaning, among the premium-paid period, the one-quarter premium exemption period, the half premium exemption period, or the three-quarter premium exemption period relating tomonths included in the insured period as a category 1 insured person up to the month preceding the month that includes the day of the request (limited to the premium-paid period, the most recent of the months relating to premiums paid asone-quarter premium exemption period, the half premium exemption period, or the three-quarter premium for each month of that period by exemption period), the most recent month as of the day preceding thethat day of the request) by one-half, by the number specified by Cabinet Order according to the number of months of premium-paid periods, etc.

    脱退一時金の額は、基準月（請求の日の属する月の前月までの第一号被保険者としての被保険者期間に係る（保険料納付済期間、保険料四分の一免除期間、保険料半額免除期間又は保険料四分の三免除期間に限る。）に属する月のうち請求の同日の前日までに当該期間の各月の保険料として納付された保険料に係る月のうちにおける直近の月をいう。）の属する年度における保険料の額に二分の一を乗じて得た額に保険料納付済期間等の月数に応じて政令で定める数を乗じて得た額とする。
