Article 20 · (Standardized Monthly Amount of Remuneration)第二十条（標準報酬月額）

    An insured's standardized monthly amount of remuneration is established according to the following grade classification (or the grade classification following the revision, if a grade classification has been revised pursuant to the provisions of the following paragraph) based on the insured's amount of monthly remuneration:

Supplementary Provisions, Article 9 · Transitional Measures Concerning the Standardized Monthly Amount of Remuneration under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act附則第九条（厚生年金保険法における標準報酬月額に関する経過措置）

  • AddedSupplementary Provisions, Article 9, paragraph (7)

    Of the persons who acquired the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance before the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, paragraph (1), item (xiii) of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to as the "item (xiii) Effective Date") and have continuously held that status until the item (xiii) Effective Date, with respect to the standardized monthly amount of remuneration of a person (excluding a person for whom the monthly amount of remuneration forming the basis of that standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 730,000 yen) whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration actually determined on the item (xiii) Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 4 (limited to the amending provision set forth in Article 1, paragraph (1), item (xiii) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) is 710,000 yen, the implementing organization is to revise it on the item (xiii) Effective Date, deeming that monthly amount of remuneration forming the basis to be the monthly amount of remuneration forming the basis of the standardized monthly amount of remuneration prescribed in Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4, and the standardized monthly amount of remuneration so revised is the standardized monthly amount of remuneration for each month from September 2029 through August 2030.

    附則第一条第一項第十三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下「第十三号施行日」という。）前に厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得して、第十三号施行日まで引き続きその資格を有する者のうち、第十三号施行日において現に第四条の規定（同号に掲げる改正規定に限る。以下この項において同じ。）による改正前の厚生年金保険法第二十条第一項の規定により定められている標準報酬月額が七十一万円である者（当該標準報酬月額の基礎となった報酬月額が七十三万円未満である者を除く。）の当該標準報酬月額については、当該基礎となった報酬月額を第四条の規定による改正後の同項に規定する標準報酬月額の基礎となる報酬月額とみなして、第十三号施行日において実施機関が改定するものとし、当該改定した標準報酬月額は、令和十一年九月から令和十二年八月までの各月の標準報酬月額とする。

  • AddedSupplementary Provisions, Article 9, paragraph (8)

    The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to a case of calculating the amount equivalent to the standardized monthly amount of remuneration. In this case, in the preceding paragraph, the phrase "acquired the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance" is deemed to be replaced with "satisfied the requirements specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 27 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act", and the phrase "have continuously held that status" is deemed to be replaced with "have continuously been a person age 70 or over who was an insured covered by employees' pension insurance satisfying those requirements".

    前項の規定は、標準報酬月額相当額を算定する場合について準用する。この場合において、同項中「厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得して」とあるのは「厚生年金保険法第二十七条の厚生労働省令で定める要件に該当して」と、「その資格を有する」とあるのは「当該要件に該当する厚生年金保険の被保険者であった七十歳以上の」と読み替えるものとする。

  • AddedSupplementary Provisions, Article 9, paragraph (9)

    The provisions of paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the administrative work relating to the revision, by the implementing organization, of the standardized monthly amount of remuneration under the provisions of paragraph (7) (including as applied mutatis mutandis in the preceding paragraph). In this case, the phrase "Article 9, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions" in paragraph (3) is deemed to be replaced with "Article 9, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (9) of that Article".

    第七項（前項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による実施機関の標準報酬月額の改定に係る事務については、第三項の規定を準用する。この場合において、同項中「附則第九条第三項」とあるのは、「附則第九条第九項において準用する同条第三項」と読み替えるものとする。
