    When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has received the submission of a report under the preceding paragraph, the Minister is to publish, pursuant to Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, those of the matters stated in the report that are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

    厚生労働大臣は、前項の規定による報告書の提出を受けたときは、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、当該報告書の記載事項のうち厚生労働省令で定めるものを公表するものとする。
