第四条（時効に関する経過措置）
With regard to the extinctive prescription of a claim for a retirement allowance that arose before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に生じた退職手当の請求権の消滅時効については、なお従前の例による。
