Transitional measures that become necessary with regard to organizations, etc. established pursuant to the provisions of Acts as of the day before the date on which this Act comes into effect that are to be established, on and after the date on which this Act comes into effect, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Orders based on the provisions of the National Government Organization Act or the relevant Acts as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "Relevant Cabinet Orders"), and other transitional measures that become necessary with regard to the enactment, amendment or abolition of Relevant Cabinet Orders in connection with the enforcement of this Act, may be specified by Cabinet Order.
