Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Labor Standards Act
第二十条（労働基準法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to accident compensation under the provisions of Articles 75 through 77, Article 79 and Article 80 of the Labor Standards Act pertaining to grounds that arose before February 1, 1966, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the amendment of the provisions of Article 79 and Article 84, paragraph (1) of that Act by the provisions of the preceding Article.
昭和四十一年二月一日前に生じた事由に係る労働基準法第七十五条から第七十七条まで、第七十九条及び第八十条の規定による災害補償については、前条の規定による同法第七十九条及び第八十四条第一項の規定の改正にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
