Article 94Autonomy of Life in Communal Housing
第九十四条（寄宿舎生活の自治）
①An employer must not infringe upon the freedom in private life of a worker living in the communal housing associated with its business.
①使用者は、事業の附属寄宿舎に寄宿する労働者の私生活の自由を侵してはならない。
②An employer must not interfere in the selection of communal housing leaders, room monitors, and other leaders necessary for the autonomy of life in communal housing.
②使用者は、寮長、室長その他寄宿舎生活の自治に必要な役員の選任に干渉してはならない。
