Article 83Right to Receive Compensation
第八十三条（補償を受ける権利）
①The right to receive compensation is not changed by the worker's separation from employment.
①補償を受ける権利は、労働者の退職によつて変更されることはない。
②The right to receive compensation must not be transferred or seized.
②補償を受ける権利は、これを譲渡し、又は差し押えてはならない。
