Article 113Establishment of Orders
第百十三条（命令の制定）
Any Order issued pursuant to this Act is established after a hearing of opinions of the representatives of workers, representatives of employers, and representatives of the public interest regarding the draft of the Order at a public hearing.
この法律に基いて発する命令は、その草案について、公聴会で労働者を代表する者、使用者を代表する者及び公益を代表する者の意見を聴いて、これを制定する。
