Article 112Application to the State and Public Organizations
第百十二条（国及び公共団体についての適用）
This Act and orders issued based on this Act are to apply to the state, prefectures, municipalities, and other equivalent bodies.
この法律及びこの法律に基いて発する命令は、国、都道府県、市町村その他これに準ずべきものについても適用あるものとする。
