Article 10

第十条

In this Act, the employer is the person in control of the business, the person responsible for managing the business, or any other person acting on behalf of the person in control of the business in matters concerning that business' workers.

この法律で使用者とは、事業主又は事業の経営担当者その他その事業の労働者に関する事項について、事業主のために行為をするすべての者をいう。

使用者（しようしゃ）
The business owner, its managers, and anyone else acting for the owner in matters concerning its workers.
