第二条（準備行為等）
Even before the date on which the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, in accordance with the provisions of Article 27-3, paragraph (2) of the Act on Comprehensively Advancing Labor Measures, and Stabilizing the Employment of Workers, and Enriching Workers' Vocational Lives as amended by Article 1 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in that item) (referred to as the "item (ii) new Act on Comprehensively Advancing Labor Measures" in the following paragraph), establish guidelines (meaning the guidelines prescribed in that paragraph; the same applies in the following paragraph) and make them public.
The guidelines established and made public pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph are deemed, on the date on which the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect, to be the guidelines established and made public pursuant to the provisions of Article 27-3, paragraph (2) of the item (ii) new Act on Comprehensively Advancing Labor Measures.
前項の規定により定められ、公表された指針は、前条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日において、第二号新労働施策総合推進法第二十七条の三第二項の規定により定められ、公表された指針とみなす。
