第三条（第二条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 12-2 of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Collection Act" in the following Article) apply to the measures taken during and after the fiscal year of 1996 specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under the same Article.
