Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1997.
この法律は、平成九年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 121Transitional Measures upon Partial Amendment of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
第百二十一条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the labor insurance premiums and other money collected pertaining to a member of any of the mutual aid associations of former applicable corporation in respect of the period during which the member was enrolled therein, the provisions of Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance prior to the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article remain in force.
旧適用法人共済組合の組合員に係る当該組合員であった期間に関する労働保険料その他の徴収金については、前条の規定による改正前の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律附則第八条の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
