附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date prescribed in each item:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the amended provisions of Article 46 and Article 47 of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance and Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions in Article 1, the amended provisions of Articles 83 through 85 of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 2, and the provision of Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions:the day on which one month has elapsed from the date of promulgation.
第一条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律第四十六条、第四十七条及び附則第七条第一項の改正規定、第二条中雇用保険法第八十三条から第八十五条までの改正規定並びに附則第十条の規定 公布の日から起算して一月を経過した日

Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Review
第二条（検討）
After the enforcement of this Act, the government is to comprehensively review what the appropriate payments under the employment insurance services should be, what the appropriate sharing of costs should be and other issues by taking into consideration of the future trend of employment and other factors, and take any necessary measures based on the result of the review when the government finds it necessary.
政府は、この法律の施行後、今後の雇用動向等を勘案しつつ、雇用保険事業における諸給付の在り方、費用負担の在り方等について総合的に検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Labor Insurance Premiums
第三条（労働保険料に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the labor insurance premiums for the period on or after April 1, 1993, and with regard to the labor insurance premiums for the period before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律附則第十条の規定は、平成五年四月一日以後の期間に係る労働保険料について適用し、同日前の期間に係る労働保険料については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第十一条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is set forth in Articles 3 through 7 and Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions, any necessary transitional measures for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第三条から第七条まで及び第九条に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
