Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day listed in the following items in accordance with the classification prescribed in each item:
この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 1 and the provisions of the following Article, and the provisions of Articles 7, Article 11, Article 12, Article 14 and Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions:August 1, 1990
第一条の規定並びに次条、附則第七条、第十一条、第十二条、第十四条及び第十六条の規定 平成二年八月一日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十六条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is set forth in Articles 2 through 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, any necessary transitional measures for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から第六条までに定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
