第四条（第三条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
In the case where a special payment under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Rules for Payment of Special Payments for Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance (hereinafter referred to as the "difference payment") is paid for the months up to the month preceding the month containing the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern the calculation of the amount of the difference payment under Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as applied mutatis mutandis with replacement of terms under Article 18-3, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance.
施行日の属する月の前月までの月分の労働者災害補償保険特別支給金支給規則の一部を改正する省令附則第六条第一項の規定による特別支給金（以下「差額支給金」という。）が支給される場合における労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第十八条の三第一項において読み替えて準用する同令第十八条第二項の差額支給金の額の算定については、なお従前の例による。
