第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to an act exceeding the scope of the business listed in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (i)-6 of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance prior to the amendment by this Act that was committed by a labor and social security attorney or a labor and social security attorney corporation before the date of enforcement of this Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の日前に社会保険労務士又は社会保険労務士法人がしたこの法律による改正前の社会保険労務士法第二条第一項第一号の六に掲げる業務の範囲を超える行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
