Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Chapter III (excluding Article 7), Chapter V (excluding Article 28) and Chapter VI (excluding Article 30), and the provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on April 1, 2016.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第三章（第七条を除く。）、第五章（第二十八条を除く。）及び第六章（第三十条を除く。）の規定並びに附則第五条の規定は、平成二十八年四月一日から施行する。
